Reads each filing as it arrives, checks it against the court’s own scrutiny rules, and reports every defect with its evidence for the scrutiny officer to decide.
Courts across India are moving toward the vision of the e-Courts Mission, Phase III: digital ecosystems, intelligent workflows, transparent case management and less dependence on physical processes.
Filing has moved online, hearings are held over video, proceedings are being live-streamed and recorded, and court records are being digitised and preserved for the long term. Each of these changes now comes with its own rules from the Supreme Court and the High Courts.
Petitions and applications are filed online, through the court’s e-filing portal.
Matters are heard through video conferencing, for advocates and parties-in-person alike.
Proceedings are streamed and recorded, for greater transparency, inclusivity and access to justice.
Court records are digitised, stored and preserved so they can be searched and retrieved for the long term.
Before building anything, we studied what the judiciary has already written down: the Supreme Court’s SOPs and model rules, the e-Committee’s digital preservation SOP, the e-Courts Phase III vision, and the vision documents of High Courts, including the Gujarat High Court.
We treat these documents as the source of truth. Each platform is built to what they require, so it fits the way the courts already work rather than asking them to change for the technology.
Since India’s courts are undergoing a major digital transformation. We wanted to be part of that journey. CBSL’s years of court digitisation work gave us a close view of registry operations and the care that goes into every case file. VedX grew from that: thoughtful tools that support the courts’ vision of a paperless judiciary. Serving the judiciary demands accuracy, security and trust. Those standards define how we build, and now guide us into sectors like education, where reliable technology matters just as much.
A case moves from filing through scrutiny, proceedings, hearing and disposal to the archive. VedX.AI’s platforms take over at scrutiny, in the courtroom, at the hearing and in the archive, and hand the case on from one stage to the next.
Reads each filing as it arrives, checks it against the court’s own scrutiny rules, and reports every defect with its evidence for the scrutiny officer to decide.
A digital courtroom where everyone works from one file instead of a paper bundle, with a dashboard built for each role in the hearing.
Records, conducts and streams hearings in three stages, so the court controls what becomes public before it is public.
A long-term repository that keeps judicial records findable, readable and trustworthy throughout their lifecycle.
